Do all little girls love tutus?
I am a sucker for anything cute and girly so when I saw the tutorial for this beautiful tutu on the Design Mom blog I couldn't resist!!
I have made this one as a present for a lovely little girl that is turning 3 tomorrow and I just hope that she loves it just as much as I do!
